1. Definitions

  • "Client" refers to the individual, company, or entity requesting services from HATTON CROSS IMMIGRATION SERVICES.

  • "Services" refers to the immigration consultant, air tickets, and any other services provided by HATTON CROSS IMMIGRATION SERVICES.

2. Scope of Services

HATTON CROSS IMMIGRATION SERVICES provides visa processing, flight booking, travel insurance, and currency exchange services. The scope of these services is subject to availability, and all transactions are governed by the respective laws, regulations, and policies of the countries involved.

We act as intermediaries between our clients and third-party service providers (such as airlines, consulates, insurance companies, and foreign exchange companies). We strive to ensure the accuracy of the information we provide, but we cannot guarantee the actions or outcomes of third parties involved in the transaction.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: The client agrees to provide accurate and complete personal information when requesting services. HATTON CROSS IMMIGRATION SERVICES is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or false information provided by the client.

  • Compliance with Laws: Clients are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable visa and immigration requirements, travel regulations, and legal restrictions. We advise clients to check the specific requirements for their destination prior to booking.

  • Passports & Travel Documents: The client is responsible for ensuring that their passport, immigration consultant, and other travel documents are valid and meet the entry requirements of the destination country.

4. Payment and Fees

  • Service Fees: The client agrees to pay all applicable service fees, including but not limited to visa processing fees, airline ticket costs, travel insurance premiums, and currency exchange rates. All prices are subject to change without notice based on fluctuations in government fees, exchange rates, or service provider pricing.

  • Refunds: Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective service providers. In cases where a visa application is rejected, or a flight is canceled, the client may be eligible for a partial refund. However, service fees charged by HATTON CROSS IMMIGRATION SERVICES are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

  • Payment Method: Payment must be made through the approved methods, including credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon payment methods.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Immigration Consultant: Visa processing is subject to the decisions of consulates and embassies. HATTON CROSS IMMIGRATION SERVICES is not responsible for delays, rejections, or cancellations by these authorities.

  • Air Tickets: Any cancellation or modification of flight bookings is subject to the airline's policies and terms. HATTON CROSS IMMIGRATION SERVICES will assist clients with changes, but the client is responsible for any additional fees or penalties.

  • Travel Insurance: Insurance policies are governed by the terms of the insurance provider. Clients must read and understand the coverage, exclusions, and claims process. HATTON CROSS IMMIGRATION SERVICES is not liable for any denied claims.

6. Limitation of Liability

HATTON CROSS IMMIGRATION SERVICES acts as an agent for third-party service providers (airlines, embassies, insurance companies, etc.) and is not responsible for any damages, delays, cancellations, or losses caused by these third parties.

  • Travel Disruptions: We are not liable for any disruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or health-related issues (such as pandemics).

  • Loss of Documents: We are not responsible for the loss, damage, or delay of travel documents, visa consultant, or other materials once they have been dispatched to or from the client.

7. Changes to Services and Pricing

HATTON CROSS IMMIGRATION SERVICES reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Prices and terms for all services may be updated periodically, and clients will be notified of any significant changes that may affect their existing bookings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by HATTON CROSS IMMIGRATION SERVICES, including text, graphics, logos, and service marks, is the intellectual property of the company. Clients are prohibited from copying, reproducing, or using any content without express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIA. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in JALANDHAR.

10. Amendments

HATTON CROSS IMMIGRATION SERVICES reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of our services following any changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
